Founder • Entrepreneur

With a professional career that began at age 15, Ernesto Orozco has developed a trajectory of more than 28 years, acquiring experience in finance, negotiation, sales, human resources, management and marketing. He dedicated his first 10 years to the family business, a high-volume printing company with international clients, where he gained in-depth knowledge in operations management and commercial strategies.

Later, he managed a construction firm for 10 years, executing projects at different scales and specializing in cost, time and quality optimization. At the same time, he founded a digital marketing agency, which he ran for 15 years, applying innovative strategies for the commercialization and positioning of brands and properties.

Currently, Ernesto has decided to focus all his time and talent on real estate development through TER44NOVA, a company born with the vision of transforming land into innovative and strategic real estate developments. TER44NOVA specializes in creating hybrid projects that integrate residential, commercial and office spaces, ensuring added value, functionality and exceptional architectural design
